These terms describe the general conditions for using the Nuandria Eco-Clean website and arranging cleaning services with us.

Our Cleaning & Booking Policies provide additional details about deposits, payments, cancellations, property access, satisfaction concerns, and refunds. Commercial or specialized services may be subject to separate written agreements.

Our website provides information about our services and allows visitors to request quotes. Website content is provided for general information and may be updated.

Submitting an inquiry or quote request does not create a confirmed booking or require Nuandria Eco-Clean to accept a service request.

Please provide accurate information when contacting us and do not misuse our forms, interfere with website operations, or attempt unauthorized access.

Quotes are based on the information provided, the requested cleaning scope, property conditions, and service requirements. We will communicate the agreed scope and price before confirming an appointment.

If additional work is identified, we will discuss any proposed change in scope or price before proceeding. Customers are not automatically charged for unapproved additional services.

An appointment is confirmed only when Nuandria Eco-Clean communicates its acceptance and the agreed booking arrangements.

Customers should provide accurate property information, disclose relevant hazards, arrange safe access, and ensure that water, electricity, and other reasonably necessary facilities are available.

Please secure valuables, confidential documents, and fragile or irreplaceable items before the appointment, and make suitable arrangements for pets and other occupants.

If a property presents an unexpected safety concern, we may pause, modify, or decline affected work while discussing appropriate next steps.

Cleaning outcomes depend on the agreed service scope, the condition of surfaces and materials, and safe access to the areas being cleaned.

Permanent stains, deterioration, pre-existing damage, and conditions requiring specialist restoration may not be removable through ordinary cleaning.

We do not undertake hazardous-material remediation or work requiring specialized licensing unless separately and expressly agreed and appropriately qualified.

Deposits, accepted payment methods, payment timing, cancellation fees, rescheduling, and no-access arrangements are described in our Cleaning & Booking Policies and disclosed before booking confirmation.

For the initial website launch, standard residential cleaning is arranged through our quote process rather than instant online checkout. Online payments and automated appointment booking are not currently offered.

Different commercial arrangements may apply where agreed in writing.

Please notify us promptly if you believe an agreed cleaning task was missed or if you discover damage that may have occurred during our service. Provide relevant details so we can review the concern fairly.

Verified missed tasks within the agreed scope are addressed under our Cleaning & Booking Policies. Reports of alleged property damage are reviewed individually, including the condition of the property and available evidence.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

Website text, graphics, branding, and other materials may not be copied or used commercially without appropriate permission, except as allowed by law.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information submitted through the website and during customer communications.

These terms are intended to operate under applicable laws in Ontario, Canada. Any dispute will be considered subject to applicable law and the rights available to the parties.

We may update these terms as our services change. Terms disclosed and agreed at booking confirmation govern that booking, subject to applicable law. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer protection rights.
